MY story.

At 22, a mistake cost me 18 months in a 6×9′ cell. (I know you are curious what got me in there… my ego led to a fight.)

Inside, I saw broken men and I was one of them. So I read. I trained. I prayed. I journaled and I vowed to be better.

I walked out a man with a ritual, a discipline, and a point of view about men and self-regard that has only sharpened in the twenty years since.

Today, I’m the founder of T363 SKIN®, the first AI-native wellcare intelligence platform for men. As a former journalist, I write at The 363, a publication for the man ready to face himself. I speak in boardrooms, correctional facilities, and universities about masculinity, accountability, and the economic opportunity in men’s well care.

What does T363 stand for? The T is for Troy. 363 are the last three of my prison number, a reminder to stay true to who I’ve become.

I am on a mission to get men to embrace well care before they need healthcare.

My story is no longer my shame. It is my strength. And now, it is my mission.
